A Few Of Our Favorite Things

Mommy tops the list! She's always there for us and her only concern is that we are happy and content. She sacrifices everything, even her own sleep, so that we can be well rested and comfortable. Sometimes we don't act appreciative enough but we are just learning everything right now and one day we'll be able to communicate to her, just how special she is to us. We love you Mommy!

Hello Millie! Millie is not only the smartest dog in the world, she also really understands what is going on around her. She lets Edie rough-house with her to a point but she let's her know when enough is enough. Every now and then she'll give Lily a lick just to say hello. She sure barks at all the wrong times though. It seems like just when either one of us is getting to sleep, she hears some imaginary noise or decides that it's time to bark at the wind. We love her dearly and can't wait for her to start speaking English and using her hands more.

Then there is Daddy. Daddy sure seems to work a lot. When he is not working he is playing Frisbee Golf with Poppy and Uncle Gordon. When he's home though, we are his 1st priority. He misses being able to give Mommy all the attention he used to and knows it's hard for her not to have his undivided attention. Every now and then they get to go out together when we are asleep. We still don't understand how this works. We go to sleep and in the morning, they talk about what a great night out they had. What about us. Hello! We are smart enough to know a baby monitor does not reach more than 50 yards. We're going to have to check with child services about this.

A Day In The Life Of ...Edie

Hmmm...Let's see... Do I want the grits, the sweet potato fries or the fruit salad? How about all 3?

This is my classroom at school. I am in the middle of the picture sitting next to Miss Jessica. Miss Carrie is on the left and Miss Brenda is on the right. We're having circle time right now so you need to be quiet. At the start of circle time, Miss Carrie bangs a small gong to signal the start and we all get quiet. Next, we read a book and sing songs and discuss the date and weather, all using sign language as well.

This is me at my cubbie with Miss Carrie. We have a place to hang our coat and keep our backpacks. Well, it's been a long day. I think I'll go home for some fun with the family.

Here I am with Mommy and Millie in the front yard. Oh, exscuse me, I have to take this call. It's Aunt Rach.
